MAUDE is a studio on your Mac and iPhone. You ask. It does the work — chat, stills, video, calendar, Maps, files, and optional Google Sign-In for Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar.
You do not paste an API key. Chat, stills, and video run on Sleek Tiki's studio service. You pay Apple. Usage is a monthly token meter. Mac and iPhone stay in sync over iCloud.

Case Study
The Problem
Most assistants only talk. I needed a studio that could put an event on the calendar, open directions, write a doc, make a still, and — on Pro — make video, without pasting a provider key into the app.
Design Challenge
Ship one product on Mac and iPhone that feels like the same studio. Chats and schedules have to stay in sync. Inference has to stay on Sleek Tiki's server so a house Replicate token never lands on the device. StoreKit has to meter tokens without turning the UI into a billing console.
Key Design Decisions
Native SwiftUI on macOS 14 and iOS 17, one bundle. Release builds proxy chat, stills, and video through pixelus.io with an Apple app transaction. Debug can use a local house key. Memory, named teammates, and scheduled tasks live in the app and sync over iCloud. Mac-only tools (Notes, Reminders, Mail, Pages, Xcode, Terminal) stay off iPhone.
Outcome
MAUDE 1.0 is on App Store Connect for Mac and iPhone. Free is 1,000 tokens a month and one complimentary still. Video is Pro. Pro is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year for 1,000,000 tokens a month. A still uses 40,000 tokens. A 4-second video uses 200,000.
Technical Highlights
Chat that uses tools
Web, files, Calendar, and Maps from a prompt. Named teammates (Designer, Engineer, Editor) can split a job. Scheduled tasks stay in sync between Mac and iPhone.
Stills and video
Stills from a prompt. The free plan includes one complimentary still. Video is Pro. A confirm dialog warns of token cost before a billed video starts.
Memory
Named facts you can remember, recall, and forget. Rules and setup stay on device and travel with iCloud.
Google Sign-In
Optional. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar when you connect a Google account. Sign in with Apple is enough to use the studio.
On Mac
Notes, Reminders, Mail, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Finder, Terminal, and Xcode when those apps are installed. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook if you have them.
Tokens and Pro
You pay Apple. A meter in the top right shows the month. Remove Ads is not part of this app. Token top-off is $4.99 for 250,000 extra tokens. Extra stills and video still need Pro.
